From a wonderful family owned coffee farm in beautiful Costa Rica, we acquire these green coffee beans and roast them City to Full City (Light to Medium roast). Our light to medium roast delivers wonderful light vanilla notes, a nice graham cracker note, toasted sugar, cinnamon, raisin, and a chocolatey finish. Very beautiful coffee.
